As the child is mostly dependent on your feed then you should probably prefer to take care of your diet and have healthy and filling preferably before baby feed time, as that would ensure good quality feed and help in enhace the weight gain,

if yes then i advise to give breastfeeding more
give feed from each breast atleast 20 minutes
so that your child can get full fat hindmilk well.
