Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. if a child experiences fever or pain after vaccination, paracetamol can be given up to 4 times a day. apply ice at the injection site for swelling; thrombophob gel can also help. vaccine-related fever typically resolvfes in 2 to 3 days. if it persists beyond 3 days, consult a doctor. f
