Hello mom teach them in a play way method about vegetables as well , also at time try to present them in different ways and forms to them such in form of soups , vegetable juices , make a purée and it can be mixed in dough or idli or dosa batter Make it more colorful even roti and Puri etc stuff paranthas same with rice
