Khashia MuizMom of a 2 yr 11 m old child3 years agoA. keep them hydrated... feed them fruits ... such as watermelon... apple... and put on soft clothes.. use prickly heat powder if they have irritation or rashes

Just feed on demand and keep your child into a moderate control temperature that’s what you can do for the child try to avoid switching of temperatures and try to keep your child and minimal close because it’s already very very hotWrite Your Answer Here
