regular walking will also help in decreasingg the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat.
take proper amountt of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

Now your baby is more than one year old and it is totally fine to start doing regular exercise and it is a best way to lose the tummy and thighs fat. Do the exercise at least 40 to 50 minutes every day. Rather than this you also have to maintain a proper diet is still doesn’t get results. Then take advice from any dietician show after examining you they will make a proper diet plan.
