how can I make sure that I'm having enough breastmilk because there is no leakage and my baby is taking long time feeds nearly 45 mins. Am i having enough breastmilk? Please help me to figure out this

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and if your baby pee count is above eight times that means baby is having sufficient milk and also have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet to produce more milk.
