give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, eggs,
vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits.
dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese.
nuts like almonds.
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

if your child age is 2 years ,I advise to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
there is no need of baby food items
serve whatever you take in your own dish.
