U Should have good amount of water green leafy vegetables fruits try to have good amount of protein I would advise you to say eat Paneer on an every day basis at least one time in the day in your me have all kind of lentils available to you rise is also good option have good amount of salads as well wherein you should try to include include garlic onion cucumber and tomatoes for sure and spinach as well
