Avoid refined and packaged foods , and prefer home cooked foods as much as possible

As ur baby is 5 years old, give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Give all that you cook for your family. Add some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese potato rice avocado ragi banana shake etc for weight gain.
