how can I loss my weight

A. for weight loss eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise like brisk walk, yoga, swimming. have an active lifestyle.

A. Hi parent Walk more practice yogasana and upavasa Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to. Don't use RO water, packaged and processed food, maida and sugar. Take sunbath daily
