Q.

How can i know the permanent colour of my newborn baby 9 days old? Some say present ear pinna colour is final colour is that true?at how many months we will know the permanent colour?

A. No you cannot go ahead with any particular body part to determine the colour of the child it is just that a child is going to change its colour for initial 3 to 6 months and then only will be more sure about the colour your child is going to take it is mostly going to be based on the genetics of the child from either side of the parents or grandparents
