how can I induce labor naturally at home. my baby weight 3.5kg . I want normal delivery

So although you try for vaginal birth only ,a possibility of cesarean should be kept in mind. There are no proven natural ways to induce labor. Walking helps in proper positioning of the baby

Why Do you want to induce labour naturally it happens on its own when the time is right even it can be one week plus the due date is perfectly fine doctor say that you can have castor oil if you want to induce natural labour is it helps but I don’t actually quite side by that fact I also never had it’s a doctor can do a sweep stretch for you with which within 48 hours your labour will trigger naturally
