NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help or even galact granules can help increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and also you should give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug if bm is not sufficient
