how can I increase my 2.5 years old daughter hieght...she is under weight n at minimum height at record chart.what can i do.

A. baby is 2.5 years weigth can be around 9 to 15 kg is normal height 75 to 90 cm Height growth mainly depends on genetic factors so no need to worry about it maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygi

A. hii include five portions of fruits and veggies daily. Give three meals with three interspersed snacks every day.Add plenty of fluids to their diet – six to eight cups a day which includes water, juices, soups etc. This prevents constipation.Avoid sugary drinks like artificially sweetened juices, cola, etc., which are full of empty calories. Make sure that child does atleast one hour of physical activity daily it may be running, jumping, playing out etc
