Hello mom Every child has its own metabolism some gain weight easily whereas some do not , so do not bother just make sure that they have a good proper healthy diet and most probably made at home ghee can be added to the meals apart from that use of Paneer ,whole eggs ,milk and products ,milk shakes, dry fruits ,millets like ragi ,bajra etc can be very much helpful
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to every meal. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds and dry fruits to baby’s food. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed baby.
