how can i find having milk or not while breastfeeding

A. Dear mom wn have good supply of milk u nrml feel heavy at breast. Along if ur baby sucks for good 10-15 mins and after tht feels satisfied u are giving good amnt needed. Stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular intervals
