ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 months agoA. dear mum , baby shd gain about 500 gm per mth n b triple the birth wt by 1 yr give top food 3 times consistency of food shd b like that of ghee include dal beans legumes , egg non veg , curd / paneer add powder nuts ghee veg fruit for immunity continue breastfeed
