how can I boost my breast milk supply. I don't want to feed my baby by formula. she can't digest that.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello try taking lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and alsp have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug would be safe
