AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Rashes on the neck is due to heat and sweating. So keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear comfortable clothes in summers. Apply himalya prickly heat powder on the neck to get relief from rashes. Take care
