my baby is 5 month old now. she got rashes on her neck what should I do to get rid of it?please see the attached file

Dresses can also be because of change in weather in such case you should always try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. Stop applying oil on babies skin for next few days. Use only baby products and you can go for Babyhug baby products
