you shouldd have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take phxysiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should be doing abdominal exercise which can help reduce your tummy weight as well as back pain also .. sometimes over weight can also cause back pain and also have calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet and any concern then check with your doctor
