how and when to introduce complimentary feeds to my exclusively breastfed baby so that she doesn’t turn into a fussy eater

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear complementary foods should be introduced only after completion of 6 months
baby diet should have variety of food groups but introduce one at a time in beginning few teaspoon about 2 times a day
it will take time for baby to get habituated you have to be patient don't not force feed
