White patches on face may have many reasons like
Vit Deficiency, Birth marks, Tinea versicolour, Vitiligo, worm infestation, etc. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
