Hlw Dr one of my close friend is a breast feeding mother of 4 months old baby .Now is missed her periods n when she checked it was positive ,she was pregnant .can she just take medecine to abort the baby n continue breast feeding or consult a doctor

consult the gynaecologist and then accordingly take pills
don't take and medicine with out doctor prescription
you can Breast feed the baby
