Hlv Mam/ Sir, M mother of two kids. From last 3-4 months M worried about my health. it's about knee pain nd irregularities in periods. thr is just like one day periods nd after tht not a singal spot. pls tell me why all this is happening

A. periods will be e coming because of changes in the hormones there is a balance of hormones they may be changing because of stress and strain leading to this type of periods consult your gynecologist once for examination
