A. just take all types of diet that is cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and you should consume at least two or three rotis at one time and at least one katori rice and one katori Dal per day and at least two katori vegetables and two types of fruits along with 500 ml milk which can be mixed with dry fruits powder

A. To gain weight is easy. Eat healthy food thee to four meals have more juices. You can also take helath supplement drinks liek horlicks, boost something you like. You ca have milkshakes juices smoothies as. Sleep well 8-9 hours keep yourself well hydrated
