hlo sir, my baby is 9 month old now ,I am a breast feeding mother, can I take vdi indoco herbal capsules for weight loss,doctor suggest me this capsule, is there any effect on baby through breastfeeding

Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take lemon juice and honey mixture
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Avoid bakery products like bread and maida
Take a good care
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
