my boy is now 1 year 3 month .i m feeding my baby .can I use herbal Life product for weight loss.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. I don’t recommend any such products to reduce weight so start some physical exercise in your daily routine and make few changes in your diet and avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweet intake

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes you may use but instead of such things ,I would suggest to do some things which are more affective like: eat couple of bites less than usual take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more drink plenty of fluids avoid taking junk food items walk , walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance
