Q.

hlo sir my baby 15 snd a half month he is very active and he plays well with other children of his age grup at he also make an eye contact but when we call name when he is bzy in his own wrk he doesnt response but on other sound he response very quickly ...he speaks only few wrds like dada tata mumm kaka such type of wrd...but he doesnt response only when he is bzy so is there any cause of concern

A. development by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not. if child has good understanding and follows r orders and command of the parents properly then do not worry much about speech as will eventually come. talk more with child. avoid tv mobile laptop. involve more people to interact with the child. r

A. Hello dear parent! Communicate more with your child and encourage to express and respond. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage eating healthy. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
