5.Ask doctor for multivitamins..
6.Get her vaccinated on time.
7.Good sleep of 10 hours in important..
8.Mentain good hygiene.. washing hands when they get dirty and before eating.
9.Avoid junk food.
10.Limit screen time and let them learn some activity.
