hlo,meri baby girl 20june ko 6 month ki ho gai hai par uska weight 5.5kg hai birth time uska weight 2.9kg ta.plz.usk weight gain k liye kuch btaye.

A. Dear mum, for healthy weight gain, give seasonal fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, khichadi, vegetable dal rice. Use full cream top milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
