hlo mam...my son is 7 yr old....stil his weight is 20 kg....and also have white spot on face...and body structure is also thin...is there any need of suppliment...

Give your child a well balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet.
