Hlo mam....meri beti yashvi 5 yrs old h....uska weight 13 kg h....plz suggest some medicine to improve her health

A. Hai good afternoon !! Check if baby 's food intake is well having balanced diet with good quantity . Protein,fibre rich foods - Dals,panner,egg,meat,poultry with rice/dalia/roti /parantha ,salad,curd along with fruits,nuts,seeds (dry fruit ladoo/barfi ) as snack is good option. Including these foods helps in weight gain,overall growth in kids.
