ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello dear Mum baby should gain atleast 500 grams weight per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less so aapke baby ka weight gain accha hai do not worry exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
