A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. massage scalp regularly. nap often to stay rested

A. Hello dear parent! Reduced your stress levels. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your diet. Get your thyroid levels checked once and consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
