Hlo ma'am, my son 1s 4.5 yr old....he does not speak 4-5 alphabet clearly like he speaks the sound of k to t what can we do?

A. hello it would bebbettervto chk with ur dictorbn qith a proper examinatation ur doctor will be able to arvise u if speech therqpy isbneeded for the child which will be better n also safe too
