hlo I don't know why I'm so frustrated these days horribly tensed and became so emotional is that only with else all mother's do feel so?

A. It happens sometimes so try diverting your mind to the things which you love to do abd feel happy about it and keep yourself engaged avoid overthinking practice meditation to calm down yourself take care
