Hello mAm Weight kam karne app ko diet and workout dono karna hoga Khana ek sath bahut na khaye na hi lambe samay tak bhuke rahe Khane ki shuruvat salad or 1 glass chia seed water se kare Khane mein sabhi, dal, paneer, soya ,sprouts, beans, oats, Brown rice, ragi, jowar yeh include kare aur roti and white rice kam kar de Bread, biscuits, sugar, juices, namkeen aur fried cheezein ek dum band kar de Paani 8-12 glass har roz Roz 45 min koi workout kare
