If your child vomits within 15-20 minutes after taking Palset Gemol 2.0 (Paracetamol), there is a chance that the medicine has not been absorbed properly. Since MediServide 4 (Ondansetron) helps control vomiting, wait for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before giving the paracetamol dose again. Ensure your child is calm and not feeling nauseous before re-administering the medicine. If vomiting continues or your child develops a fever that doesn't subside, consult a pediatrician for further advice. Keep your child hydrated with small sips of water or ORS to prevent dehydration.
