Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which srhould be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plentye of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Hi You haven’t be given you have not given any details about your child your pregnancy or delivery how many months have passed what kind of delivery you have had so without having proper knowledge about things I cannot give you correct assistance on that but he has dieting cannot be done during your breast feed
