A. ok start exercising. Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hello have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also you should be doing walking and exercise which can help to reduce your weight and also you should even try with yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form that can help reduce your weight
