Hlo dr. My child is 1 year 5 months but only 4 teeth are coming can you tell me why ?

The other teeth will also come over the period it is just a basic Patil there is no reason to wire for this the entire set of teeth the child is going to have is going to be within the time of 4/ first three years from three months to 3 years a child should have it all teeth right now there is no problem with
