hlo dr. my boy is 20 months old. he has only 5 teeths only two lower and three upper. and now from two three months he dont keeping any tooth what is the reason behind it. please reply me.

kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 years.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or cloth

There is no reason maybe they are not ready for next eruption but let me tell you at the same time it is not late you are unnecessarily getting worried the child will have teeth when the gums are ready and it can happen till the age of three years so don’t worry if you require a dentist please
