hlo Dr. my baby is one year old today. and he had his 8 teeth completely , but last one month his uper 4 teeth are not clear is their any disease or any problem in his teeth ,, please suggest what we need to do . is their any particular care for baby teeths. I'm attaching the photo.of his teeth
