hlo dr doctor it's since 55 days I delivered a baby by C-section and I have gained to much weight like 70 kg and I'm breast feeding my baby still I'm not losing my weight plz give me a solution to reduce my weight plz dr

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you shouod get your thyroid test done once. As due to thyroid problem also women do not lose weight easily.
Also drink warm as much as possible. Eat healthy food only. Avoid sugar and maida totally.
