hlo doctor my baby is having loose and thick motions and she is not eating food anything so please suggest me what to do

A. Hello mom avoid force feeding the baby would be better , and keep her on mainly fluids to keep her hydrated and also on easy to digest foods , which are mildly flavoured, curds or butter milk are quite helpful in such condition as it is a natural probiotic
