hlo doctor my baby is having motions from one week he is not eating any thing which food can I offer him

Hello mom give him as much he is able to eat and not force feed him , keep him well hydrated that is the need of the hour , also fluids are very much essential so juicy fruits or fruits juices freshly made at home or vegetable soups , coconut water , buttermilk, , soft and mildly flavoured foods can be given such as kichidi , porridge, Upma , idli , etc
