Hlo Doctor my 4 month old daughter had got redness over the face, neck, back, palm and foot(generalized) 2 days back with very small size acne type over the whole face. now the redness is not there only the acne type/pimples are present. No fever. I am applying coconut oil. what should I do? what was the reason?
