Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! You can offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables but deseeding and small pieces is important to avoid choking.
Before offering check suitability by giving small quantity for 2-3 days if no allergy, motions, reddishness then continue..
Also avoid banana, lichi, mousambi,curd while having cold and night times as these induce cold.
