hlo doctor! i have low milk supply for 3 weeks baby can you please suggest tablets or powder for high milk supply and how to use

Shatavari powder is supposed to be one of the best powder that I can currently suggest you to start with take it three times in the day with warm milk and also it’s very important that you have a healthy diet just the supplements are not going to be important or enough you have to have a diet and good amount of liquid as well
